The App features a Custom Studio where users may select an MP4 video or image file from their device to test how it looks within the simulated loading screen engine.

• System File Picker: File selection is handled through the standard Android system photo/file picker (file_picker). The App only receives temporary read access to the specific file you voluntarily choose.
• Local Processing Only: All video rendering, frame decoding, and playback occur 100% locally on your device hardware.
• No Cloud Transmission: We never upload, transmit, duplicate, or inspect your selected media files. Your personal photos and videos never leave your phone.
• Safe Media Export: When exporting tutorial presets or wallpapers, files are saved directly into your device's standard public Downloads/ directory for your personal use.

The App integrates Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display advertisements. AdMob may serve personalized or non-personalized advertisements depending on your region, consent, and device settings.

You can immediately delete this data at any time by clearing the App's storage in Android Settings > Apps > Loading Changer for ML > Clear Storage / Clear Cache, or by uninstalling the application.
• Ad Network Data: Data collected by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's standard data retention policies (typically anonymized after 9 to 18 months).
